Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for unwanted items returned within 15 days of receipt. Please note that we must receive the returned items within 15 days of delivery, regardless of your chosen payment method.

Returns may be subject to a delivery or handling charge.

All returned items must be in saleable condition, meaning:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With all hygiene seals intact

  • Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear

We are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange for items that are not in a re-saleable condition.


Skincare Returns — Special Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, skincare products can only be returned within 5 days of purchase, and only if they remain unopened, sealed in their original packaging, and show no visible damage or signs of use.

Any opened or used skincare products cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Free Gifts

If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned unopened and unused before a refund or replacement can be processed.
