After cleansing, apply a small amount of the polish on damp face and neck.
Gently massage in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly.
Frequency: Use about 2-3 times per week to start, then gradually increase (e.g., every day) only if skin tolerates it. For dry or sensitised skin, less use is recommended.
Follow with your usual regimen (serums/moisturiser/SPF) after the polish.
